On November 10, Gymworld Inc. officially signed Master Franchise Agreement of Hamleys at the Residence of British Embassy. In this event, Mr. Gudjon Reynisson(CEO of Hamleys), Mr. Mark Drummond(Head of Marketing at Hamleys), Ambassador, Charles Hay and Mr. Kee Young Park(President of Gymworld) attended to celebrate this collaboration between Hamleys and Gymworld.

Hamleys remains the oldest toy shop in the world and a much loved British retail icon.

William Hamley opened his first toy shop in High Holborn, London in 1760 and then moved to its current site on Regent Street, London in 1881. Since then, the Hamleys flagship store has grown as a much-loved London landmark. It is set over seven floors, with more than 50,000 toys on sale. This shop is considered one of London’s prominent tourist attractions, receiving around five million visitors each year.

Hamleys now has 20 other stores across the UK and by the end of this year they will have 106 stores in 24 countries worldwide.

Gymworld Inc. has exported the magnetic construction toy, MAGFORMERS to over 60 countries worldwide as well as MAGFORMERS products are sold in London and Moscow stores of Hamleys. Through this opportunity, Gymworld Inc. will be distributed at global Hamleys stores as sales expansion.
